Assembly & Setup

Unpack all parts and inspect for damage. Assembly requires basic tools (included).

Cutting & Height Adjustment

For optimal results, mow when grass is dry and adjust height based on season.

  1. Stop mower and ensure blade is not spinning.
  2. Pull height adjustment lever outward and move to desired position (1-6).
  3. Release lever to lock in place. Check that all wheels are at same height.
  4. For mulching: Install mulch plug fully. Ensure deck underside is clean.
  5. For bagging: Attach grass bag securely. Empty when full indicator is raised.
  6. For side discharge: Install chute securely, pointing away from people and objects.

Tip: Do not cut more than 1/3 of grass height at one time. Overlap passes slightly.

Battery & Charging

Use only DeWalt 56V FLEXVOLT ADVANTAGE batteries and charger.

  1. Charging: Insert battery into charger. LED will indicate charging status (red=charging, green=complete).
  2. Runtime: Approximately 60 minutes on a full charge with 7.5Ah battery under normal conditions.
  3. Storage: Store battery in a cool, dry place. Charge fully before long-term storage.
  4. Battery Gauge: Press button on battery to check charge level (4 LEDs = full).
